Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2-3 weeks. 

Custom or made-to-order may require additional time. 

We ship locally and internationally. 

Shipping fee inside of Lebanon is 10 usd. 

Shipping fee outside of Lebanon is calculated based on the items' weight and volume. Therefore, for international orders, kindly email us, we will send you a personalized shipping rate and proceed accordingly. 

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee. 

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is handled with care and used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We do not share your information with third parties, except when required to fulfill your order (such as shipping and payment providers).
